You are correct, this setup does not support resource forks,I shall put a warning note as such. I&#039;m not aware of any modern OSX applications using resource forks these days, and I hadn&#039;t noticed any lack of data when I&#039;ve tested restoring files &amp; emails etc. Certainly any classic MacOS files would not be supported here.</description>

Those are some nice notes on rsync.  One thing I wasn&#039;t clear on, but presume it is fine, but is that version of rsync handling resource forks?
