So I’m sitting in a “study” class, which is when you take Year 12 students who are supposed to be working and just sit in a class with them. I should be marking essays but one of the boys was on Myspace and I got depressed that I have no access to Myspace or Facebook so I thought “I wonder if Livejournal still exists”. Then I found your site and jumped on to see what’s going on in your life. Remember, the last time I visited this site was around the time you were agonising over whether to pursue Kristen (how did that turn out btw? :-) ). And now what do I find? A whole lot of programming stuff I can’t even understand. Then I find a rant and I think, now this is more like how I remember. I knew it wouldn’t be about George Bush or Iraq or any of the old usual topics, but this

I’ve had a rant building up for a few weeks. A rant about developer’s treatment at the hands of the App Store submission procedure.

wa disappointing, to say the least. Get back to your roots, man! Where’s the old angst? Or am I no longer in the “intimate” friends group?

Just gaggin’. See you soon bed.

P.S Who is passaflora moon? She’s the only person who ever responded to my one and only post on LJ? It’s either Kristen or Heidi or someone else I know.

Oh Dave, when are you going to get a proper home email address?!!? Or a facebook? Or a twitter? I’m sure your student’s would love to ‘friend’ you :D Oh btw its “Kristin” with an i, I won’t tell her you mispelled it or she may kung fu you. I have no more angst, I’m all geek now. Passaflora Moon was Liz, my old wrestling tag team manager from back in the day.

I was trying to work with rotate and it did not save album pictures in last import or all import. Please correct. Thanks for this tool… Easy to use app.

Im afraid Apple don’t let apps save photos anywhere except the ‘Camera Roll’ (on iPhone) or ‘Saved Photos’ on devices without a camera. I can’t put it next to or replace the original file.

… But the app says saved and the rotated photo is NOT in saved photos… A lot of rotates and nothing to view! Boy, do I know the limits of iPad thanks for making it more reasonable.

App still crashes. Can’t import a photo to rotate. It just closes when I select a photo. Version 2.01.

Ok, I see now that Apple won’t let your app replace the corrected photos. So how do I get the photos out of “saved” and it my photos?

You will need to connect your device to to a computer and then re-import your photos onto the device (ie how you got them onto the device into the first place).
